Issues: The Court of Appeals erred in reversing Appellant’s conviction by plea of no contest to felony child abuse, finding the plea was not supported by a sufficient factual basis and in suggesting that Appellant would not be subject to retrial after obtaining a plea agreement, and challenging the factual basis on appeal.
