All of my experiences support a balanced and relationship-building approach to understanding differences. My Master's degree is in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University's Law School. I have been affiliated with the Concord Mediation Center since 2015 and mediate small claims cases and family parenting plans; along with interests in cultural differences, general business disputes, and nonprofit governing conflicts such as board/staff communication and employee retention. I am also an Instructor and Business Development Coordinator for the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) specializing in leadership, management, conflict resolution and corporate partnerships. Previous experience includes accounting, corporate retail merchandising, and non-profit fund raising and management. Engaging consistently with Spanish-speaking student professionals has also provided a good understanding of verbal communication in a second language. changed to All of my experiences support a balanced and relationship-building approach to understanding differences.
