Probation Navigators Karen Foster, Neha Saxena, Tammy Kratochvil, and Suzanne Kusy had no qualms about donning full-body PPE to continue meetings with individuals re-entering society from the Nebraska Correctional System. During COVID, the prison system required heavily modified procedures and rapid staff adjustments, which included the Navigators by necessity. Through the efforts of this 4-person team, 646 individuals successfully completed a re-entry plan between March 2020 and February 2021.
