Human Resources Director Joyce Welsch, has done an amazing job helping Judges, management and staff from across the branch with any and all COVID related questions.  According to those in the field, she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely good at explaining policies and procedures during this confusing (and fluid) situation.
