Recognizing the importance of moving forward with Nebraska’s Uniform Bar Exam, Carole McMahon-Boies, Administrator of the Supreme Court Attorney Services Division, collaborated with several outside entities to ensure COVID safety measures were strictly met.  Additional precautions included free COVID-19 testing for candidates and proctors, adequate spacing between individuals to ensure strict social distancing, and mandatory face coverings throughout the 2-day test.
