Tanner Specht maintained a full-time presence throughout District 3 Juvenile Probation Office during the pandemic.  Not only was he in the office helping where and as needed, more often than not he was in the community providing doorstep delivery of both youth incentives and needed materials for virtual groups to make sure services remained seamless.
