Juvenile Court Administrator Theresa Emmert strives to make Lancaster County Juvenile Court a model of efficiency. Emmert created a “new attorney” orientation, elaborating the various issues they may face and nuances involved. Additionally, she’s trained to substitute in any position courts require for last-minute coverage so that court continues to run efficiently. Her responsible eye for accounting enabled the court to return thousands to Lancaster County. Emmert also represents on numerous committees, including in the local “Through the Eyes of a Child” team.
