These rules, regulations, and procedures are created by the Commission on Unauthorized Practice of Law (Commission) pursuant to Neb. Ct. R. § 3-1001 through 3-1021, the Nebraska Supreme Court rules governing the Unauthorized Practice of Law, as adopted October 10, 2007 (Court Rules).
