Joshua has been mediating since 2016. He has mediation training in the following areas: Basic Mediation, Family Mediation, Family Group Conferencing, and Restorative Justice. He is a private mediator in his law firm, Christolear, Wheeler & Duggar, LLC. His mediation practice focuses on the areas of transactional law, including but not limited to disputes involving real estate, probate, business, and contracts. However, in the spirit of voluntarism, he donates a great deal of his time serving as a Parenting Act approved mediator at both The Resolution Center in Beatrice, Nebraska and The Mediation Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.
