Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Sociology from Lake Forest College and a Master in Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University McGregor.
Firmly rooted in the belief that difference, vulnerability, conflict and the power of dialogue can transform the world, Kelly has worked with families, not-for-profit agencies, corporations, schools and health systems to strategically plan and constructively morph their challenges into positive, sustainable change.
Certified in basic, family, and specialized alternative dispute resolution (SADR) mediation trainings with an extensive background in group facilitation and conflict management, she believes that at the core, we all yearn to be heard and understood by the other.
She currently teaches dynamics of conflict, facilitation, and mediation courses in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution graduate program at Creighton University, and serves as a practitioner through her business, Shared Story. www.sharedstory.net
