Nicholas Froeschl
I have been licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska since 2004 and in the state of Kansas since 2005. My practice is based in the areas of domestic and civil litigation. I have been an approved domestic mediator since 2012. I have mediated over 50 domestic related cases and numerous other civil disputes including personal injury, tort claims, contract and employment disputes. I have served as a pro bono attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) and have done significant pro bono work for victims of domestic violence. I provide evening and weekend individual and joint mediation sessions. I incorporate technology into my mediation practice to help the mediation process move as efficiently and effectively as possible. This includes opportunities to telecommute into individual and joint mediation sessions. You can find additional information on myself and the entire Morrow Poppe team or schedule an individual or joint mediation session now at www.morrowpoppelaw.com.
