Medicare can be very confusing, so in-depth research and consultation with neutral, certified counselors can be helpful in avoiding scams and unnecessary coverage. Open enrollment occurs each year between October 15 and December 7 for original Medicare, and from January 1 through March 31 for advantage plans. Now is the time to educate yourself and make any necessary changes!
