Tonja Smith

I have 20 years working in child welfare systems within three different states; South Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming. Within this 20 year career, I have been a facilitator of Family Group Conferencing, mediated in Denver, and have a specialty working with the Indian Child Welfare Act and domestic violence. I am currently running treatment for Batterer's Intervention Group and will be returning to school to obtain my second Master's degree. Integrity is my highest value and I believe everyone should have a voice in their conflict for the best interest of their children's needs.
