LINCOLN – Jill K. Hamer Conway, Robert M. Kinney-Walker, both of Omaha; Brynne Holsten Puhl, Lincoln; and Brenda S. Spilker, Davey, have submitted applications for appointment as Workers’ Compensation Court Judge. The primary place of office for the judicial vacancy is Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska.  The vacancy is due to the retirement of Judge James R. Coe, effective April 15, 2024.

The public hearing of the Judicial Nominating Commission will be held in the Supreme Court Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024. The Commission will review all applicants for the office at that time. The public is welcome to attend the hearing and present information concerning candidates for the judicial opening.
