LINCOLN – Thomas W. Fox, Lisa D. Martin-Price, both of Lincoln; William J. Birkel, Dirk V. Block, Matthew J. Buckley, Jennifer S. Caswell, all of Omaha, have submitted applications for appointment as Workers’ Compensation Court Judge. The vacancy is due to the retirement of Judge Laureen K. Van Norman, effective January 5, 2017. The public hearing of the Judicial Nominating Commission will be held in the Supreme Court Courtroom, Room 2200, State Capitol Building, Lincoln, Nebraska, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016.
