Judges, clerk magistrates, and other interested persons may submit comments by August 1, 2022, to proposed revisions to Nebraska Supreme Court rules and appendices that would update and clarify the judicial financial interest statement process.  Proposed changes include electronic reporting and specific language regarding recreational homes belonging to the judge or magistrate.  The notice and language for the proposed changes are available online.
