    The County Court Records Retention Schedule – Schedule 18 – has recently been updated. This court-specific schedule should be used in conjunction with the state agency schedule, which covers general office documents, like checks and receipts. Court staff is asked to review the retention schedules to make sure that disposition practices are appropriate and current.     The Nebraska Supreme Court has approved changes to the templates for citations used in county court, effective January 1, 2019.
