Newly Created Brochure: Parenting Time, Mediation & You
The Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) has created a Parenting Time, Mediation & You brochure which explains the mediation process, provides the web address for the self-help section of the Nebraska Judicial Branch website, and explains what is included in a Parenting Plan. Additionally, this brochure shows the sliding fee scale used by all six ODR-approved Mediation Centers to help lower, and middle-income individuals understand that mediation is an affordable option.
The new resource is available online at the link below and will be made available in courthouses throughout the state.
