I have been with The Resolution Center since September of 2022. I am currently the specialized case-manager for the organization. Prior to beginning my career in mediation, I was a high-risk juvenile probation officer for the State of Nebraska from 2015-2022. While with the State, I was a trainer for Motivational Interviewing as well as Verbal De-escalation. These proficiencies bring a unique skillset for conflict resolution. I have an associate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Certificate in Life Stages and Events, and completed all coursework for a Master of Arts in Counseling.

Andrew Karr is currently the Mediation Program Coordinator at Concord Mediation Center (hereinafter CMC). A proud graduate of Creighton University School of Law with a master’s degree in Negotiations and Conflict Resolution. Andrew was inspired to pursue a career in mediation and conflict resolution while discussing his future with his professor at the Nuremberg Summer Program (N2H). Andrew has been employed with CMC for six years helping low-income individuals resolve conflictual matters. Specializing in high conflict mediations, Andrew uses that experience to identify positions and issues of conflict, assist parties with developing options to remedy said conflict, and draft an agreement holding the parties accountable for maintaining resolution. Andrew also mediates corporate, special education, elder care, child welfare, employment, and community disputes.  

I am a licensed attorney and mediator. I graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2011 and received my mediation license in December 2009. I practice mostly in family and juvenile areas of law and primarily mediate cases in that realm. I became an approved SADR mediator in June 2016.

With a Masters Degree in Human Relations and an emphasis in counseling, Debra is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, a Certified Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has worked in these fields for nearly 25 years. During this time, a special focus has been working with couples experiencing conflict. Her formal career as a mediator began in 1998 with Basic Mediation training, then shortly thereafter with Family Mediation and Family Group Conferencing. Professionally, Dacia now works as a legislative lobbyist. From 2002 through 2011, Dacia worked on state issues at the Greater Omaha Chamber. In 2014 she was appointed to serve as Acting Director of the Department of Economic Development by then-governor Heineman.

I am a family law attorney and I have been doing parenting plans for over 30 years.  Since completing my basic training in November 2014, I have probably  participated in over 40 mediations involving the development of parenting plans.

I graduated from Creighton Law School in 1992. l feel that serving as a mediator suites me well because of my extensive involvement in family law over the last many years. I prosecuted child support cases, served as a Guardian ad Litem, defended many delinquency and neglect cases in Douglas County Juvenile Court and practiced law for a private law firm handling divorces, bankruptcies and some criminal law cases. Although not formally termed "mediations", I have used the skill of negotiating/mediating throughout my career.

Christine Basque Malloy is a facilitator and conflict specialist based in the Omaha area. I was an educator for 43 years. I retired in the spring of 2023.  I have taught in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.  I taught different classes from K-12 grade.  Physical Education, All Sciences, Engineering, and Computer Science. Throughout my career I coached football(7-12), Wrestling (preK-12), track(7-8), and also summer baseball.  I was a head coach and an assistant in both football and wrestling. Kathryn has been a practicing attorney since 2007, with family law, divorce and custody being her primary area of focus. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Larry Sternberg practiced law in Washington DC for several years before going into business. He spent more than 20 years in the luxury hotel business as a general manager and vice president of human resources. In those roles he resolved hundreds of disputes involving individuals, unions, suppliers and other organizations. More recently, Larry served as the president of Talent Plus Inc., an international human resources consulting firm-based in Lincoln Nebraska. In 2021, Larry decided to affiliate with The Mediation Center in Lincoln. Since that time he has mediated numerous Small Claims Court disputes, Parenting Plans, and Restorative Justice cases.
