In honor of Constitution Day, the Nebraska Court of Appeals held argument sessions on the campus of Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska on September 14, 2017. The Supreme Court’s Committee on Problem-Solving Courts established a Reentry Court subcommittee in October 2016 to study the use and implementation of reentry courts in Nebraska.
