Reporting Center Services Request for Qualification Open for Reponses
The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation (AOCP) on behalf of the Community-Based Programs and Field Services Division (Adult Probation) invites submissions to the Reporting Center Services Request for Qualifications FY2024-FY2025 (RFQ).
The goal of this RFQ is to ensure an abundant and diverse pool of qualified professionals are partnered and registered with AOCP to deliver and maximize the impact of evidence-based practices and programs toward effectively reducing criminal recidivism.

Commendable performance by an administrative employee in the Nebraska Judicial System is recognized through the Outstanding Administrative Employee Award. Recipients exhibit exemplary leadership, effective guidance of change, achievement of sustainable results, or strength in coaching and mentoring.
Judicial Branch Inclement Weather Policy
In inclement weather, employees should use their best judgment in trying to get to work. If an employee chooses not to report to work, the employee must follow the policy of their particular office for reporting an absence.
Employees choosing not to work due to weather conditions must use accrued vacation leave, earned compensatory time, or, with supervisor approval, may be allowed to make up missed work time within the workweek.
Everyday Heroes: Ireland & Arteaga Honored
Melissa Ireland, Court Education Director, and Jezharela Arteaga, Judicial Branch Education Trainer, dedicate themselves daily to making sure court staff are adequately equipped with the tools needed for their roles. As the State’s JUSTICE trainers, Ireland and Arteaga work closely with staff and Trial Court Services to coordinate training for employees across the state. Recently, at the request of the Lancaster County Court, the pair scheduled additional days so that an unusually large number of new employees could train together and learn together as a group.
