Self-Represented Paternity, Custody, Parenting Time, and Child Support Forms Created

The Self-Represented Litigation Committee has released a new forms module for the establishment of paternity, custody, parenting time, and child support.  The forms, long requested by self-help desks and libraries, are on the Judicial Branch Self-Help Website: www.supremecourt.nebraska.gov/self-help/families-children/establishing-paternity-custody-parenting-time-child-support

The Nebraska State Bar Commission has received the Supreme Court’s approval of its recommendation for the following individuals to be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska, having fulfilled all of the requirements under Rule §3-117 for admission by examination. The swearing in ceremony will take place April 18, 2017 at 10:00am in the Rotunda of the State Capitol building.
