County Court and District Court:

  • CC 3:1       Order for Hearing – un-hid the "choose the court" drop down. This allows the form to be used by the district court for various reasons.  Programming only does not result in a revision date.
  • DC 6:7.1     Affidavit and Application to Proceed Without Payment of Fees (In Forma Pauperis) (Civil, Appeals, Emancipation) (English) - Added a checkbox and blank for scenarios other than plaintiff, defendant, or petitioner. Formatted per Modernization Rules.
    • DC 6:7.1a – Instructions - Changed pictures to show the newly formatted sections and  change to checkboxes
